It has been a long journey and undying passion for Emily to pursue the best and unique Asian food flavours and serve them to her customers, fans and foodies alike.  She is also very well versed with desserts and pastries.  

She simply wants to share her philosophy of doing great food, unpretentious service and a seamless experience in her casual dining restaurant.  Emily can whip up special culinary delights by request.   


Myles has extensive experience in the hospitality industry spanning across 16 years, including managing multiple bottleshops through to running hotels and restaurants in various capacities; from small intimate venues up to hotels capable of catering to1500 people at a time.  With a strong operations background he brings experience, industry knowledge and professionalism to Emily Yeoh.

Hailing from the Philippines, Ivan has been with Emily Yeoh since its inception two years ago.  His international experience and college trained skillset in hospitality show through in his service manner and knowledge of culinary cuisine and wine.  His passion for providing an unforgettable experience when dining and his genuine nature always manage to impress both new and returning clientele.   


This man of Irish descent needs little introduction; his knowledge of everything bar and cocktail related including recipes, flavour profile and drink construction is truly awe inspiring.  Our cocktail menu sporting almost 40 cocktails was all personally designed and arranged by Seabas.  His love of making the perfect cocktail is only matched by his charming nature.

Coco Righetti - SUPERVISOR

Young and upcoming Coco is a bright, intelligent and bubbly character in her own right, part-time restaurant supervisor and full-time university student.  Coco brings a mature beyond her years approach to Emily Yeoh and is loved by many of the regular customers.  Coco has been in the industry for three years operating in both a casual and fine dining setting.
